Cancellation Policy
At Babs’ Blue Ribbon Outfitter, we understand that plans can change. However, due to the seasonal nature of our business and the limited availability, we have established a clear cancellation policy. Cancellations 30 days or more prior to the trip are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations 29 to eight days prior to the trip are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made seven days or less from the scheduled guide trip or “No-Shows” will result in full payment of the guide trip. All trips will depart regardless of weather conditions. However, Babs Blue Ribbon reserves the right to cancel the trip at any time due to unsafe conditions or other unforeseen factors. Cancelled trips due to weather and unforeseen factors will have the option of rescheduling their trip, or full refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a reliable schedule for all our clients on the river.
Waivers & Liability
Ensuring a safe and professional environment on Montana's iconic waterways is our first priority. Before departing for any guided trip, all participants are required to complete and sign our standard liability waiver. This document serves to inform guests of the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities and fly fishing in a river environment. We recommend reviewing this document ahead of time; participants may sign the waiver digitally prior to their arrival or provide a signed hard copy at the launch point. Booking Policy
To ensure a seamless Montana river experience, all bookings must be finalized and confirmed with Dave Babiracki in advance. We recommend scheduling your guided outing well ahead of time, To book the most sought after days on the river. Detailed trip itineraries, including recommended launch sites and specific gear requirements, will be provided upon confirmation. Please ensure all anglers in your party have secured valid Montana fishing licenses prior to the trip departure time.
Deposits & Payments
To secure your guided fly-fishing excursion with Babs' Blue Ribbon Outfitter, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your date on our calendar and allows us to begin preparing for your specific trip needs. Please review the following payment terms:
• Deposit Amount: A deposit of half down per boat or per guide is required to finalize your reservation.
• Payment Schedule: The remaining balance of the trip fee is due on the water at the conclusion of your journey.
• Large Parties: Groups booking three or more boats, or trips spanning multiple days, may be subject to modified deposit requirements. Dave will communicate these details directly.
